Visited For Hyper Pigmentation Treatment
Initially accommodating, professional & methodical. However after just 2 sessions, oddly began to make excuses that the laser machines are unavailable & broken. Verified this to be untrue by speaking to other friends visiting the clinic for the same Q-switched Nd-Yag laser. We even saw the machines for ourselves & the staff themselves confirmed that they were all working. He's been avoiding our calls for the past fortnight...why? He's left the patient in limbo by interrupting & jeopardising her treatment. We never expressed any dissatisfaction with him & so far the therapy was successful.
