He was awarded 'Man of the decade celebration' a prestigious award by faculty of Ayurveda Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Dr. S K Singh has been honoured with Ayurvedic Surgeon award 2005 by Union Health Minister govt. of India, Doctor of the year award by D A V Research society New Delhi in 2012, Arch of Excellence award by All India Achievers Forum New Delhi and Excellence in Ayurveda for Ksharsutra Chikitsa (Ano Rectal Diseases) 2018 by ministry of AYUSH.
