Dr. Roopa is really a doctor who listen to the patient. She explain about the disease in a very simple way.

My Uncle got admitted to the MAX hospital, Saket and was undergoing treatment there. So it happened like this. I went to ask a few questions to get clarification on the ongoing treatment of my Uncle on behalf of my Cousin and Aunty, since they were not so well versed in communicating with her (Dr. Roopa Salwan).

My only advice to those who are planning / thinking of going for a consultation with her.

1. Be careful while asking questions.

2. Don't ask too many questions.

I would for sure "NOT" recommend her to anyone.

It was a disappointing experience with Dr. Roopa Salwan during a consultation on 05/04/2025 at Max Saket. During the appointment, I had asked Dr. Salwan about the continuation of supplements prescribed by another doctor after my father’s regular checkup. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a professional, constructive response, she reacted in an extremely rude *** ********** ******* She went on a prolonged rant, stating that she was not there to validate another doctor’s opinion and even told us not to spend her energy. ** ******* *** * **** ******* ** **** ************** ********* ********** considering we had traveled all the way from Gurgaon for this appointment. We expected a respectful, patient-centered approach, but instead, we encountered hostility and disregard for basic courtesy. I believe that every patient and their family deserves to be treated with respect and empathy, regardless of the circumstances. **** ****** **** *** **** ** ** *** ***** **** ** *** **** Never going back to her. Highly not recommended. Visit a doctor who cares and doesn’t make you want to wonder whether this doctor is enough sane enough to treat me.
