Dr. Ritesh Dang

The overall experience with Dr. Ritesh Dang was very good. The patient rated the consultation a five out of five and expressed satisfaction with the clinic staff and waiting time. Although the patient gave a brief response about the explanation, the high rating and willingness to recommend indicate a positive experience.

Doctor was Nice and considerate..

However the Hospital Max Shalimar needs to pull up their socks for the very rudimentary, laid back and misguiding approach.

Practo booking was not honoured inspite of showing the Main Help Desk n Registration Counter.

Consultation fees was over charged by Rs 500 and no record held told by the Counter Representative.

Got delayed by 45 mins in meeting the Doc and later on checking wid him regarding the delay... Data and Appointment details were visible in Doctor's Personal Computer.

On approaching Duty manager got very laughable reasons for not getting inputs through Practo Booking , surprisingly Doctor PC was showing Practo appointment.

So overall misleading practice by Max Shalimar Bagh to over charge patients and undue time delay to pateints.

Will not recommend the Hospital for patients coming from far off areas.

Have submitted the Feedback at the Counter, let's see how it may go unnoticed seeing the ineffective staff and practices. Better to approach Honest Professionals with transparent approach towards functioning.
