She obtained her MBBS degree from the prestigious Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi and M.S. in Obstetrics and Gynecology from VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi. She was then selected for the 2-years FNB degree in Reproductive Medicine through a highly competitive national level examination. This 2-year post-doctoral fellowship from the National Board is an NMC-recognized degree in this field.
