Dr. Ravi Thadani

We have been visiting Dr. Ravi Thadani since 1998 and have had no complaints. He guides us very well whenever needed. The wait time is usually 45 minutes to an hour, and the staff is friendly. His explanations are excellent, and this consultation for my right eye cataract met my expectations.

I visited to get my daughter's eye checked as she had complained of pain in the eye. Her eye sight was checked first by assistant doctor in case she had developed short sightedness as children's screen time has increased during covid times. Then another checkup was done by another assistant doctor to see if there are any foreign particles in eye or any swelling in eye. Then final examination was done by Doctor Ravi to acertain the cause and recommended the medicine along with duration. after 1 week the problem is fixed, thanks to Dr. Ravi

I understand that you wish to do a complete eye checkup but I came up just for routine check up to verify my eye number. I probably felt like for a small thing you pulled up to many checkups. The process for routine eye checkup should be completed in a day and if cannot be completed in a day and a patient is visiting the second time dont make them wait for more than an hour. I just felt like you people are creating unnecessary fuss just to showcase that we are worth that much fees. No complaints on the worthiness of the doctor but definitely needs to improve the system. Definitely not visiting this place for a normal check up again.

My uncle had blurry vision, for which I went to an eye hospital in Uttam Ngr. They told us it's cataract (late stage) and has to undergo surgery asap. It was very frightening situation. Then one of my friend recommended for Dr. Ravi. So I went their for second opinion. He told us that cataract was not that mature, give us some drops to stop progression of it and suggested to revisit him after 2 months. It was a relief. Then after 3 months we went their for surgery. It all happened without any problems and took good care after surgery. It was worth a second opinion.

The behaviour of the staff is not good also there is no proper guidance provide to patients. There is no sitting arrangement, *** ***** ** *** ************ *** ******* ******* *** **** ***** ** **** **** ** *** ***** ******** ** *** ***** *** ** *** ****** ******** I highly not recommend this clinic to anyone. There is a lot improvement needed in the clinic. The clinic should respect patient time *** ****** ***** ****** ** ******* *** ** ***** **** *********** ****** ** ******* ** *** ************ ********* **** ***** The clinic should take that much appointments that they cater on time *** ***** ******** *********** Thanks

Dr. Ravi Thadani was very friendly and clear during the consultation. He carefully examined my daughter's eyes and addressed her headache concerns. I would rate the experience a 5 out of 5.

Extremely good doctor. Understands the problems and gives ample time to all patients. However, the management of appointments and procedures of consultation needs huge improvement. Expect a very happy hazard way of entering in the doctors cabin and be ready to discuss all your problems in front of at least 2 more patients. NO PRIVACY.

When i asked doctor if i need to come again .

Doctor replied no need .

If at some problem is there then i can come .

Thus shows doctor ji is not after the naking the money he is insterest in redressal.

Facing a sudden disease is tough and leads to a lot of anxiety. We tried a lot of doctors to understand the problem and also for the subsequent treatment. I found him to be the best in terms of genuine care and empathy for patients and the relaxed and unhurried way he talks and explains all that you may ask. One visit to his clinic and you will appreciate that despite being highly overworked and occupied he still treats all his patients as if they are the only ones he is treating today. I am grateful for meeting him and getting my treatment done from his clinic.

A professional who performs his/her profession with insight, right attitude, creating most congenial situations, bringing to bear all the experiences as though that was the only case for that person to handle, focusing undivided attention to the task etc. All put together could create cool atmosphere even in emergency conditions.

I came across this sort of positive situation in an Operation Theatre. On experiencing blurredness in vision a few days back, I took my wife to the Ravi Eye Foundation, Janak Puri, New Delhi. The doctor (Dr. Ravi Thandani) recommended operation. After all the test formalities were completed, he created positive atmospheric inside the OT and conducted an operation proving his proficiency and adroitness to his profession. He combined his professional ethics with humane touch which is a hallmark of any profession and especially so of a doctor.
