I visited Dr. Rakesh Kumar on a friend’s recommendation and I am completely satisfied with my experience. He understood my issue almost instantly and explained everything in detail in a very clear and straightforward manner.

What I appreciated the most was how friendly, approachable, and patient he is. He is in no hurry and gives you proper time to discuss your concerns. He doesn’t beat around the bush and explains things honestly and directly.

We have been consulting Dr. Rakesh ji for my mother’s eye treatment for the last 4 to 5 years, and we have always had a very good experience. He is extremely patient, caring and takes the time to understand the problem properly. He explains everything clearly and gives the right advice without making us feel rushed.

Got my 79 year old father’s cataract surgery done. The whole experience was very good. Before engaging him for surgery, found out about Dr Rakesh’s education. He has done it from a very reputed college. Found out about his experience also - very vast. Since the beginning of the surgery he explained it very well, including repeating where needed in a higher tone so that my father can understand. Good thing is that he upfront gave options to chose on which lenses to use - does it in interest of the patient with guidance not emphasising on any brand as such. He meticulously followed after surgery to make sure that everything is going. My dad is thoroughly enjoying his full vision. Now we will get more surgeries of elderly in our family from him only.

Pursuant to prior appointment through the ‘Practo App’ the comprehensive check up of my eyes was done by Dr. Rakesh Kumar (Opthalmolgist/Sr. Surgeon) at Max Super Speciality hospital (Saket) on 3rd August’26 and consequently the Laser procedure was meticulously conducted by him on my eye at Max Hospital (Panchsheel Park) in New Delhi on 10th August instant. Dr. Rakesh Kumar is very caring, attentive, dedicated,skilled-in-art Eye Surgeon as well as a nice human being. -Shah Bano (Patient ), New Delhi.
