His patience in listening to me and asking me to slowly, calmly tell him all my problems and then encouraging my questions worked better than any medicine. Truly his calmness cures the patient as COVID really causes mental trauma and uncertainty in the patient.

I booked an appointment with Rakesh Chawla and i got an confirmation from Practo with Appointment Id:1569511,This was scheduled at 8 PM on 20-06-2016 but when i reached there and asked for my appointment doctor's staff told me that they do not entertain any on-line booking and staff was really rude.And then we decided to go back without any consultation.

I am surprised why these doctors advertise them self on these kind of site if they do not take booking form site and also on what believe practo send guaranteed confirmation of booking.

It was an overall very bad experience and wastage of presicious time.
