My wife had taken an appointment to show to doc for Glassopharengial Neuralgia. We reached the Gangram City Hospital at 1045 for an appt at 11 am. We waited for over 2 hours and after doctor can and we were waiting for our turn - my wife had a pain spasm and was crying in pain for about 90 secs. Dr Ranjan instead of enquiring and addressing our concerns made a statement that why are such cases here. Send her to emergency and I cannot handle this. It was a very disappointing interaction with a doctor whom we had gone to meet with great expectations.

I had a massive seizure attack and i was rushed to Ganga Ram Hospital. There i met Dr. Ranjan for the first time. I was in a terrible condition when i met him. He without taking much time detected epilepsy disorder. He put me on medications and told my parents that not a single dose should me missed other wise the chances of another epileptic attack will increase. He is a very friendly doctor. He always gives me time when i go for a regular check up. He has that positive vibes around him and he is the best. I met him after 2 years for a routine check up and he recognised me even though i was wearing the mask. He is so amazing. Thank sir for all your support.
