Doctor should be more friendly when patient is already scared even if he/she asks the same questions 2 times.I went to meet him for my wife's treatment. She was already taking the medicine from other doctor for last 1 year but since she was not getting much relief therefore we thought to meet Dr. RP gupta. When we met him, I tried to hand over all the previous prescription of our last doctor to let him know what treatment we already took. To my surprise, he denied to see old treatment and prescribed some medicines ** *** ********* ******** **** ** *** **** ********* *** ******* **** ** **** ****** *** *** ****** *** **** Nevertheless, since my wife has so much doubt about her skin problem as it not getting cured for last 1 year, she asked the same question 2 times that is this problem related to eczema and then doctor shouted in a very rude manner that she is insisting him to tell its eczema and also told what you know about eczema just the google knowledge. We told him that our last doctor was giving the treatment of eczema and skin allergy therefore we wanted to confirm if its eczema. My point is when we asked first time whether its eczema then instead of simply letting us know that its allergy he might have given us proper explanation why he thinks its not eczema and only allergy then we might have not asked second time. Since he was in hurry therefore he didnt consider it necessary to give proper explanation and read previous treatment. Rs. 1200 just for 5 minutes without any proper explanation, I will never recommend the doctor to anyone.

This patient came with a big file of previous prescriptions which l went through which are relevant and explained everything in detail and wrote the prescription along with the diagnosis. But she was more interested in the name of the Disease she was suffering from rather than the treatment. If the previous doctor had given the right treatment and if l also prescribed similar medications it's not my fault. She was asking the same question again and again as if she was testing me rather than getting treatment for her problem. I didn't shout at her and l don't shout on any of my patients but told her that if she is not satisfied I can't help.l can treat her disease the way it should be treated.

I didn't have a good experience. I was recommended by my friend so I made my mind to go all the way from Gurgaon to Shalimar bagh. Their staff is not so helpful. Though doctor is nice while you speak *** *** ********* *** *** ****** ********** When you visit him first he will give you 10 days basic treatment and will tell you that he will completely change your treatment after 10 days. He won't even take a minute to check properly what exactly the problem is and will call you again and again. He repeats same medicine and took money.I can't afford to visit him again any more.it was waste of money which I was not able to afford but still somehow I could manage.

He is infact regarded as a person who makes the diagnosis very quickly and in matter of seconds! This aspect of his clinical acumen helps him cure and treat hundreds of patients daily! Mam, sometimes during treatments one has to have regular follow ups for assessing how the patient's skin behaves with medicines. Each individual is different and that is why there are individual based treatments. For regular assessment of treatment however, there is no other means of follow up, other than patient visiting again to the clinic. In the follow up, depending upon the status of disease/problem, we may or may not need to change the treatment. Probably, your skin was doing well and Dr Gupta, didn't think appropriate to change the treatment plan! Hope you understand. I went to treat my pimples and some allergy on face to Dr. R P Gupta but he didn't even take 5 mins to check my problem and to prescribe a treatment. When I asked to explain what the allergy is about, he was not very concerned to respond properly. He prescribed just a usual course and asked me to visit again after 20 days and pay the 1000 fees again. Moreover, the medical store inside his skinnovation clinic gave me a wrong face wash saying that the doctor has said that it has the same ingredients. I mean no results at all after paying such a huge amount. Not at all worth.

When i strtd using his medicines which recomended by him i gt infection in my all face

My face colour was dead red n mor n mor pimples cam.

Not a worth visiting to Dr R P Gupta. I am suffering from ulcerative colitis and told Mr Gupta about this. There are certain medicine which can trigger ulcerative colitis and still he provided with the prescription containing lymecycline acid whose side effects includes ulcerative colitis also. This is my personal opinion and i do not recommend Mr Gupta.

Hello There is no known definite connection between Ulcerative Colitis and Lymecycline. Lymecycline is however associated with Pseudomembranous Colitis. It is best to consult and allay your fears with the experts rather than resorting to Google searches.
