I live 30 miles away from her dental office but that doesn't stop me from returning. Their staff is predominantly

Clean and up to date facility with an in-house Panoramic x-ray and Crown molder(no longer needing to wait weeks as some facilities send them from a lab) also plenty of parking. Scheduling an appointment is a breeze with a very communicable receptionist team ensuring you get your reminders.

Dr. Prena always greets with a friendly smile and takes an interest in your life outside of the office. He takes his professionalism seriously and will provide you his best recommendations. With any procedure you take on, her goal is to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. She takes pride in what She does.

My last dentist had a heavier set of hands and I could feel the weight in my mouth. But Dr. Prena has some pretty light hands.

***Most recently we have been watching a tooth of mine with suspicion of trauma causing a growing infection.

She did some tests along with x-rays to confirm that the tooth is "dead" and would strongly recommend a root canal.

This would be my first major dental procedure and I was a bit afraid but the staff reminded me that Root Canals is her specialty. So I was able to quickly set an appointment a few days later with them accommodating my busy schedule.

The day came and my procedure ended with a breeze. My favorite part about it was that he took my pain seriously, stopping immediately to provide me with more numbing as necessary.

Funny thing, I didnt understand why people cringe when I tell them I had a root canal done earlier that same day. I had a plesent experience, I can't imagine trusting any place else but here.

Im here again, as they took some images of my recently root canal tooth and waiting for my crown (which I watched get made in front of me) to come out of the oven. Currently fully reclined on a dental chair with the option of watching a full selection of movies but I chose to dim the lights and relax while I take the time and write a detailed review as a thank you to their excellence.

Again, I want to thank your friendly staff for accommodating my needs and always taking good care of me.

Dr. Prerna is excellent when it comes to medical care and explaining about all possible conditions a patient need to be informed about his/her treatment. A very friendly and comfortable approach of treatment. Will recommend her to any body without second thought.

The treatment provided by the doctor is very satisfactory.She guides the patients about the dental disease and it's occurrence.I deeply appreciate her way of doing treatment which shows her very good experience.

I found tooth extraction cost a little expensive but its worth to get it done by Dr. Prerna.

Dr.Prerna Agarwal is a very good dentist. Soft nature. Whenever I have visited dr. Prernas clinic for any teeth issues i have always got outstanding results. Since then my all family members would have also been visiting her. Hence would recommend her to other friends nd family. Dr. Prerna is very kind person also. I feel so.

She is a wonderful doctor, I have ever met. I have a fobia for tooth extraction because of that I was tolerating my tooth ache for 2 years, but the way she counceled me and handled my case was really appreciated and thanks a lot for her guidance and patient handling.
