It's embarrassing. Appointment could not materialize as hospital staff informed at the counter that they did not receive my payments. I tried to contact at the number provided to me but there was no response. I came back.I as a Senior citizen suffering from heart disease can not forget such type of casual attitude from you. Please refund my amount at lease. Mail in this regard sent. Particular of bank account from which the fees was paid had been sent by same mail. Pls expedite.
