"Dr Poonam Sidana is an internationally-trained leading Neonatologist & Paediatrician in Delhi-NCR. She is an expert in managing premature and ELBW babies. She was responsible for establishing the Level III NICU facility in Max Hospital Pitampura and Shalimar Bagh. On the academic front Dr Sidana runs the Neonatology Fellowship (NNF) programme in which she trains both doctors and nurses. She is also a national trainer for ANRP and BNRP programmes. After our delivery on 15th August 2022 the doctor visited our room and explained everything in the most wonderful and simplest of manner
The best part again about this doctor is that she always answers calls and always replies to messages on whatsapp
U can call her at whatever time of the day.
Today we visited the doctor and she cleared each of our doubt properly
We were a bit scared as our baby had fever this morning so i called the doctor and she told us the treatment
So quite satisfied with her as well

She always encourages breast feed over bottle feed and explains everything in a proper manner

She’s a wonderful doctor as well as person. She gives a patient hearing to all the concerns of her patients. I highly recommend her and her assistant Monika as well.

The doctor was kind and helpful, she responded to all our questions. However, the whole experience was disappointing as the appointment felt very rushed.
We were let in an hour later from our booked time slot and had to rush through our queries. There wasn’t enough time to sit and discuss patiently.

Dr Poonam is the primary physician for my son, since he was born. She has been extremely patient, affable, and empathetic. She has an amazing bedside manner and an ability to understand and empathize with the parents.
I would strongly recommend her. I don't have enough words to describe my experience with her. We will continue to consult with her for my son - be it for general vaccination and healthcare.
