Dr. Poonam Nagpal

According to my assessment, it perhaps is only place with dentists who are not at all money minded. For two of my teeth dentist from a honorable hospital nearby said root canals and caps but Dr Nagpal solved my problem with simple fillings and wheresoever was necessary I got same thing done as advised and since I took treatment from him, I am from all ends and loops satisfied. Lots of respect for Dr Nagpal's Dental Clinic Matrix dental. Apart from a beautifully made Clinic it surely houses wonderful dentist who work nicely I can bet. Was impressed with clean,maintained and utterly punctual clinic. Why I am writing this is coz I also went there after reading some good reviews and then obviously I applied my mind during my first consulation visit. And I concluded that I shall get all my Dental treatment from Dr Nagpal's team. I was comfortable from day one, I mean medically as well as financially coz I was told exact amount clearly. I opted everything best in terms of brand as well as warranty,thereby to ensure peace of mind now onwards.

To sum up all

1) Dr Sourabh + Dr Poonam + Dr Praful + Junior dentists (don't know names to mention and say thanks)

2) Cleanliness and Hygienic concern.

5) Schedule maintenance for appointment

6) Follow up call from staff and doctors

8) Tea and Coffee was complimentary and tasty.

Negatives

1) Long and tiring appointments

2) Non availability on Sundays

3) Advance payments was mandatory ( which offended me initially but not now).

Dr Poonam's root canal treatment was in contrast to my previous dentist. Though it was more of help with machines and advance equipments which my previous dentist was lacking. But some important things like anaesthetic injection were administered very carefully and gently thereby giving almost no pain.

Full credits to madam for excellence in root canal treatment which is considered to be very painful and sorrowful treatment. I feel any better handling dentist like Dr Poonam can make things much easier. I saw on Internet that in most cases of infection root canal anaesthetics are not effective there by further increasing suffering of patient.

Also Dr Nagpal was very precise in taking my medical background history which was definitely relevant.

Medicines given to me too was after discussing with me else I thought antibiotic induced stomach upset can not be avoided.

It was definitely a positive experience with lots of hope that future is easy to be dealt with, as with advancing age I expect more dental problems .

Good and attractive clinic was my first reaction after visiting this dentist in delhi named Dr Poonam, meeting her was even more pleasant and getting treatment from her was a joy ride as I was quickly treated for my cavities that too with no pain or worry.

She was all through conversing and explaining me the process thereby distracting me from my apprehension and awful worry. Doc taught me rite way to brush and helpful tips for diet to avoid cavities and caries and black teeth.

While I was waiting for my turn to come I came across good feedback from other waiting patients as they were undergoing treatment for various problems. Happy that I don't need to visit again and my process got completed in single appointment.
