Dr Poonam is an expert in spine rehabilitation and pain management. I went to her clinic after trying out multiple clinics for last 8months. She spent lot of time understanding my pain symptoms and explained me in details about the course of action. She and her staff are knowledgeable about all aspects of Physiotherapy and strength training of multiple muscle groups. I was having lower back pain due to two slip discs and they treated me with advance machines and later focused on whole lower body muscle stretching and strengthening.
