Doctor seemed knowledgeable. Did not patronize the patient even though knowing the patient is almost certainly innocent (eg. ignorant) of the science of the his malaise and the craft of treatment. It was obvious that she had mastered the art of listening ( Very few professionals have it now a days) and demonstrated empathy, sympathy and unwavering patience. Took a great deal of trouble to explain. What more one can ask....
