I recently visited Dr. Naveen Gupta’s clinic for the first time regarding dental cleaning. During my initial consultation, he mentioned that three sittings would be required for proper treatment. However, after I informed him that I had to return to my hostel in 4–5 days, he assured me that the procedure could be completed in just two visits. I accepted this plan based on his explanation that the third sitting was primarily for monitoring purposes.

On the first visit, Dr. Naveen performed the cleaning and scheduled the next appointment for the very next day. I repeatedly expressed my concern that perhaps there should be a gap of at least two days to allow for better monitoring and assessment. Despite my concerns, he insisted that continuing the next day would be fine, and I trusted his judgment as a professional.

To my disappointment, the experience on the second visit was completely different. I was not attended to by Dr. Naveen but by Dr. Parul Gupta instead. She informed me that most of the cleaning had already been done, implying there was little left to do. After waiting for around 45 minutes, she merely removed a small amount of tartar – and that too only after I specifically pointed it out. The rest of the appointment was spent explaining how to clean my teeth properly, which could have been covered briefly during the first session.

This left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. ** ** ******** *** ******* ********* *** *** * ****** ** *** * ****** ***** ** **** *** ** **** ** ******* *** ****** ************ I paid the full fees and expected proper treatment, attention, and transparency. As a patient, I did not feel that my concerns were respected or that the time and money I invested were valued.

Overall, the lack of communication between doctors and the disregard for patient concerns made this a disappointing experience. I sincerely hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving their patient care and scheduling practices.
