The doctor was good and explained everything clearly. There was a little waiting time, but I had arrived early for my appointment. The only issue was that I was not informed in advance when the doctor was unavailable, which caused some inconvenience. I felt the doctor did not give me enough time during the consultation. The consultation with Dr. Parag Gupta was decent but felt rushed. He did not explain things very clearly and seemed distracted, as if he was in a hurry and did not listen properly. I would have preferred if he had spent at least five to ten minutes listening to me. Overall, I would not recommend him based on this experience.

When we first visited him, my father was suffering from an extreme urine infection and was in tremendous pain. Dr. Parag Gupta treated him with ***** care and attention, and within just one week, my father experienced significant relief from his pain. His infection also showed remarkable improvement, with pus cells reducing from 100 to just 3.
