The consultation with Dr. Parag Gupta was okay but quite brief, lasting hardly 2 minutes. He advised medicines and said we would discuss details after the lab reports come. The explanation was normal but not very detailed. The waiting time was around 5-10 minutes. I gave an overall rating of 4. I will recommend the doctor only if the medicines work well.
The doctor consultation was a bit rushed as he seemed to be in a hurry. I felt it would have been better if he had spoken more calmly and taken more time to explain things clearly. Overall, the experience was okay but could have been improved with more attentiveness.
