I was suffering from hiatal hernia and had been looking for the best doctor for the treatment. I booked my appointment with Dr. Pankaj Sareen on Practo. He advised me undergo the laparoscopic surgery to cure my condition. Dr. Pankaj performed mys surgery at a nearby Pristyn associated hospital. The hospital was very hygienic and I got my private room without waiting for long hours. My surgery went without any inconvenience and there were no troubles in the hospital stay as well. Thanks to Pristyncare that finally free of hernia now.

I'd like to thank you for the wonderful job that you did tightening the loose skin from my penis. When no other doctor would accept the challenge, you did, and you did a great job. I also want to thank you for being so attentive to the pain that I was worried about pre op. I was touched by how concerned you were that I was kept comfortable during the surgery. In addition, I don't know of any doctor anywhere who actually gives their personal cell number to their patients. You were there for me even at 9pm at night when I needed some reassurance. I am very much happy and satisfied with Dr Pankaj Sareen he is best and perfectionist it's going to be a week after the surgery and I am facing no problem no pain feeling good got rid of the amorous pain before the surgery but now feeling extremely great and thanks to Vishal for his coordination through out the admission arranging pick up and drops plus his support and would love to thanks Sunny as well for being there with me in hospital helping me quick documentation and admission.....in one word thanks to Pristyn for taking care of my issue

He is a superb fellow, I have encountered and met a lot of doctors in my lifetime, though no want to see a lot of doctors as a patient, this has happened with me.

He is a guy of Open heart and I felt like a connection already formed, when I first interacted with him, as his communication style matches to one of my friends drastically. We exchanged a lot of thoughts after the treatment, I feel like, I have got an elder brother on the planet.

All that glitters is not gold

Pathetic experience. From booking the appointment & getting admitted to the hospital was being taken care in a professional way. *** *** *** **** * *** ********* **** ****** *** *** **** ***** *** ******* ***** Within 15 days, I got the same problem, doctor referred me for colonoscopy. Furthermore, as the group was aware about my insurance coverage, they took blank cheque saying that once the insurance company will reimburse you then we will present the cheque in the bank & this will only be done after getting your consent which was also written on the cheque as well. Surprisingly, the amount which insurance company passed & they claimed from the cheque has difference of RS 8000 & that too without my consent they encashed the cheque form my account. Now it’s been hundreds of follow up, neither they are answering the calls nor they are refunding the excess amount.******** *** ***** ** **** ***** ******* *** **** ** ** **********

I booked an appointment with Dr. Pankaj Sareen. He checked and told me that its an anal fissure and laser surgery would be the best treatment for it. ** **** ***** **** ** **** ** ****** *********** in his whole consultation he was only explaining about the benefits of the laser surgery. Dr. Pankaj Sareen is an amazing Doctor and a very friendly person. He explained everything to me before my stapple surgery for grade 3 Piles, they made me very confident about my surgery. Pristyn Care staff was very helpful and kind. They took continuous followups on calls and got me easy access to the Doctor post Surgery. I'd been suffering from Piles for the last few years but didn't get any relief. Its been a week since my Surgery now and I'm already in office doing my regular job.

I tried so many doctors and hospitals, but nothing could help stop my suffering from piles for almost 10 months. Having been totally unable to sit and to resume my job, I went through so much trauma then finally one fine day a friend of mine suggested me to check Pristyn Care. Being impressed with their services and success results, I decided to give it a try and booked the appointment for Pristyn Care hospital in Gurgaon Sector 29, Delhi. I went to the hospital and consulted the doctor who looking at my situation and previous reports, suggested to go for surgery as it was the best option for me. My time was fixed for the surgery next day from the day I went for a consultation. On the day of the surgery, they even booked a cab for me. After reaching the hospital, I came to know that my surgery schedule was extended two hours due to some emergency cases. I was disappointed at first but the moment my surgery was done, I felt it was all worth the wait. Finally, I felt relieved because my pain was gone. Paperwork before the surgery was the only thing that made me restless a bit otherwise, the rest of the things were in their perfect place. Apart from room allotment, Pristyn Care also provided a patient buddy who looked after me till my recharge from the hospital. I highly recommend it for its best treatment and hospitality towards patients.

Initially I got a call to reach there before 1 hour of scheduled time as doctor was unavailable at that time and when I reached, I was made to wait for 45 mins. It was tolerable as I thought I will be given solution to the problem. I considered the same for a while until he insisted to do it right away.

Then I asked for a time to reconsider and as soon as I went out of the clinic their PR team called me up to ask me about my plans on surgery. I was totally shocked. And to mention, I wasn’t given the bill of the consulting fee as well.

Well, it has been just over three months since my circumcision, so I wanted to drop you a line and give you a follow up. Everything healed with no complications.
