Wait time was high. Practo’s appointment didn’t not show up in their system. Staff was not cooperative at all, there was a lot of hassle on the counter as well. I was so irritated with the supporting staff. However, doctor was good, she was friendly and patiently handled the overall consultation.

There is no system of following the pre-booked appointment. There was no ecord of Practo appointment. For a 12 o clock appointment had to wait for 1 hr 15 mins.Any patient coming were going through. Don't do any booking , just walk in and wait. That's better.

First: Max hospital charged me Rs 1700 instead of Rs 1500. Their employee asked me not to book appointment from practo instead she suggested Max hospital appointment for bookings.

About Doctor: She doesn't seems to be very cooperative. She suggested some tests worth Rs 11000. Later. Got call from her assistant to come to her clinic instead to the hospital. I decided to get a second opinion where * ** ********* **** ***** *** *** ******** *** ** ***** ** ********* *** I will not recommend anyone to visit her.

Kindly don't insult your time and money , We have consulted her because she looks v experienced one. The suggestion she gave to my wife was same suggestion given by mom two day * **** ****** **** * ***** **** *** ***** ****** ***. She did not bother much to listen the cncern and even didn't discuss the report which we shown her. ** *** *** *** ***** ** * ***** * **** ****** ********** *** ** **** ** ***** **** * ***** ** *** ** ***** *** **** ******* * *** **

Not a good doctor to consult, was very keen to give insulin for the first place which is not the only solution, finally consulted a good doctor now my dear mother does not take any insulin and her glucose levels are in control ,

Had a lot of skin allergies with the medicine that she gave

She is really good first spent time to understand the problem ,then written some test and in follow up proper resolution provided on phone as I was busy somewhere she understood the problem and her assistant provided the follow up prescription on WhatsApp. Thank you Niti mam for quick identification of problem and resolution.

She is very good, friendly cheerful doctor. My experience with her is very good . I am taking her consultancy for my mother from last 2 year (approx.) and I get better results.

So,I am thankful to doctor and pray to god for her good health and wealth.

Doctor niti Agarwal is very good doctor,she listened my all problems carefully and then prescribed medicine, dietician is also very good.

It was nice experience. Doctor listened me very carefully. Gone through all previous records and made a summary. Given all advices and medication in detail.
