Dr. Nitesh Parasher

I live in the UK and during my yearly trip to Delhi (India), I get dental check-up done by my dentist. For some reason, last year my gums receded and therefore had a few loose tooth and went to my old dentist and heard that nothing could be done except to take the teeth out and replace them with implants.

Scared with the idea of losing two teeth and going through the pain and costs of replacement, I was looking for a second opinion, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Nitesh for consultation.

He examined me, took X-Ray and enquired about my life style and eating habits and after a thorough discussion gave a hope that my two teeth could be saved. He suggested a minor gum surgery and explained in detail the procedure, the benefits and the potential risks, the pain I may have and how he will be mitigating the risks together with the precautions I have to take for 5-7 days and dental hygiene for the lifetime. The best thing about the consultation was that Dr. Nitesh did not rush given he has many patients waiting and he patiently handled all my queries.

I was impressed by his confidence and assurance that I agreed to continue with the treatment he suggested and a few days after, I had my gum surgery done on the lower jaw. Before the surgery Dr. Nitesh explained the procedure again about local anaesthesia and how he will be operating. Even explained where and how much pain I should be expecting and how to signal if I wanted him to stop.

The surgery was done exactly as explained by Dr. Nitesh and after the surgery, he sat me down for 20 minutes to observe that I was normal and then only he let me out of his clinic.

Today (on Feb 4th 2018) Its been 12 days since surgery was done and I am back in the UK and religiously following the advice of Dr. Nitesh mentioned and I am very happy and give full credit to Dr. Nitesh for saving my two teeth as without his advice I probably would have gone through the extraction and them implants.

I was positively surprised that a doctor in India is taking pains to explain to the patient in detail about the procedure and spending time to address his queries. I have been going to dentist every year for last 15 years and this time I was really impressed by the values exhibited, courtesy and patient care I experienced in Dr. Nitesh’s Perfect Smiles clinic.

Treatment from a caring, non-rushing and courteous doctor who values patient’s interest first, in a neat and clean clinic with modern equipment and all this at a very reasonable cost is absolutely brilliant and I have no hesitation is saying that I have now replaced my old dentist.

I would like to heart fully thank Dr. Nitesh for saving my teeth and have recommended Dr. Nitish and Perfect Smiles clinic (Rohini Sector-11, New Delhi) to all my friends and family and would recommend him to anyone who is in dilemma and need second opinion on any aspects of dental treatment.

Dr Parasher has always been a great doctor. He explains everything in details that puts the patient at ease. His minimal invasive techniques with no pain makes him the doctor for my whole family. We have been visiting him for a long time and it’s always a pleasure.

Doctor shared all the required details of my case with possible solution suggested. He was calm in resolving my issue. As it required a minor surgery on third molar, he made me comfortable with surgery sitting. He used all the mandatory procedures and the surgery was completed within due period with no repercussions at all. It was a splendid visit.
