During my regular gym routine, I got a serious shoulder injury from sudden impact. My shoulder movements were restricted due to acute muscular pain. I visited nearby ortho doctor and he prescribed the medicine for 15 days and physiotherapy at his clinic. But there was no relief even after 20 days of medicine and physiotherapy treatment. It was difficult for me to do the daily routine, even can’t drive the car. After searching physiotherapist in paschim vihar and founding good google reviews, I visited Dr Nisha’s clinic. She examined my condition and explained in detail how she would treat me. After 10 days of her treatment, I start feeling much relief and later, after 2 months of treatment with latest machines and stretching & strengthening exercises she fully cured me. Later, as a follow up routine, she explained me lots of exercises with proper technique (which were not told at the gym) to do at home. Now I have set up a small gym at home and doing my daily workouts at home as told by Dr Nisha. I am very thankful to Dr Nisha to put my life back on track. She is very nice, experienced and professional doctor.

Dr Nishi is dedicated and committed to her job of serving her patients. I suffered disc bulge issue and my orth Dr. suggested for physiotherapy and was not sure for me recovering before 1 or 2 months seeing the severe condition of my slip Disc. But under Dr Nishi supervision I received 17 days physiotherapy sessions and felt complete recovery of the problem. Thanks to Dr Nishi!
