Dr. Nirupama at Zolie Skin Clinic is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt professional and well run. The staff was efficient and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Nirupama herself is thorough, sharp in her diagnosis, and actually takes time to explain what’s going on with your skin rather than rushing you out. Outstanding Dr, her Gold medal credintials were most apparent. Visited with allergic reaction & long standing athelete's foot last month. The Dr asked a series of pertinent questions something of a rarity in these rushed times. Both problems sorted to satisfaction as if now. Matter was explained in detail , all questions answered patiently. Likely route of treatment laid out clearly , was particularly impressed with the Dr not jumping straight to say stage 3 of treatment instead of adhering to established protocol. Many are won't to for instance jump to a MRI when an X-Ray or detailed investigation would suffice at that satge not Dr Nirupama. I used the opportunity get some Trichologist advise & was again much impressed how a unambiguous opinion was given instead of suggesting some new fangled / unestablished treatment. Definitely not a glorified beauty parlour / saloon. Have followed up, refered a friend with allergies & hair loss problems who was equally satisfied & impressed. Getting treatment started for mothers excema as well. Clearly well established administration protocols with the M/s Pooja making a phone call reminder besides scanning & digitising all prescriptions &
