I had taken a consultation with Dr. Nilotpala Mohanty for my wife, expecting genuine medical guidance and support. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be quite disappointing and felt driven more by other interests than patient care.After the initial visit, we returned the very next day with the required test reports. During this period, my wife began feeling extremely uncomfortable and we urgently needed guidance. On the second day of follow-up, we tried to contact the hospital and the doctor for help. The hospital ignored our concern initially, and despite continuous follow-ups — as we were still under her supervision — the doctor never responded properly to us. This lack of support during a critical time was extremely distressing.We consulted her only because the hospital was nearby and we trusted her, especially since she is from our native state, Odisha. First of all, reaching the clinic was super convenient. Didn't have to wait. The clinic staff was supportive. Dr. Nilotpala mam gave ample time to hear the complain and then performed the tests very skillfully. Overall I am very much satisfied with my treatment here.

I had one of the most frank and open conversations with the doctor about my problem. She was detailed and thorough in providing answers to my questions. I believe it is upto the patient to ask as many questions to satisfy their curiosity because doctors don't prefer to reveal it all to the patients unless asked.
