Visited for my mother in law for retina issues in June 2023. The appoint was scheduled and confirmed at 5.45 PM and we were there at 5.30 PM.

The charges were duly paid for however the doctor simply refused to check the patient saying that he doesnt have time and a revisit can be done tomorrow or some other time. He barely spent 2 minutes with us.

The same complaint was made to the reception desk who mentioned that this is a recurring issue with this doctor. An email was also sent to Max management citing this unprofessional behaviour

Dr. Nikhil is a very good doctor ... He is very empathetic and listens to the patient with lot of patience and explains about the problem and solution in detail . He really takes good care of the patient .
