I am a mbbs student currently studying at a reputed government college due to pressure of clearing mbbs exam and then after when I started my course of mbbs in my college I really got disturbed due to ongoing internal stress and some *********** internal thoughts are also coming in my mind I just feel *********** peer pressure to prove myself in my locality and then when I entered in my mbbs course I feel *********** peer pressure to prove myself in my class I don't know why I am doing all these types of things but somehow I get in touch with Dr nikhil nayar One of my professor is friend of dr nikhil nayar he suggests me to go to dr ,, when I meet dr I told about myself he himself a doctor is easily related to my problem he easily detected that I just feeling *********** pressure he listens my details very patiently he just give me a proper time to express myself I think I don't opened up like this in front of my parents also ,, he just give me proper independence to express myself after hearing me he counselled me like a big brother he just give me a single tablet of mind relaxing of low dose for one month ,, he also told me that you don't have to visit me after one month he suggests some breathing techniques and some other natural things he don't wants me to gets depends on medicines , Now after one month I am following his techniques and other things what he told me and my one month medicine is stopped and I am feeling very well and presently I am easily focusing on my studies and personal things ,, A very big thanks to dr sahab for figuring out my problem very easily and give me a channel to express myself ..

I consult dr for ongoing internal thoughts which are coming in my mind since last 2 years I don't understand why these thoughts are coming in my mind I consulted many general mbbs md doctors for my this problem but I don't get the exact answer why I am suffering from this problem , everyone just predicts randomly and ordered me to do whole body tests hormones tests etc etc no doctor properly diagnosed the exact reason I feel so irritable and desperate why I am not knowing the exact reason for my problem then someone in my family suggest me to go a psychiatrist firstly when I heard this word of psychiatrist from my family member I immediately told them I don't want to go to psychiatrist I confronted my family member and asked him directly that are you thinking I am " PAGAL " because majority in india we always think that only " PAGAL " persons are going to consult a psychiatrist ,, consult a psychiatrist in india is considered a very big taboo in india but somehow my family members convinced me to go to dr this is my first time in my life that I consult a psychiatrist ,, ** ***** ********** **** ** ****** ***** ** ***** when I just entered the room I just feel amazed how calm how polite how down to earth he is ,, Doctor listens carefully my problem he is in no hurry he patiently listens every detailing of my past 2 years and he just diagnosed my problem in the first consultation I have no words how to described him he is really angel to me , Now I am improving a lot and my medicines doses are also decreasing by the doctor .
