I had visited the hospital and it was health problem. ****** *** **** ***** I had throat-related issue. I am satisfied with the explanation and treatment given. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor and I got recovered from those medicines. There was some waiting time in the hospital as doctor came late. Hospitality was average.

1. Well I will not comment on the treatment as it’s too early but would certainly comment on the facilities and staff.

2. Once a visit to doctor is made and he prescribes few tests for which you pay separately the next visit to show the test results is supposed to be a follow up in any hospital.

3. Coming on to the tests . I had to visit atleast four times to get the tests done. Audiometry tests require a room which is insulated and away from all the chaos. Literally had to request the audiologist to tell people to keep quiet as I was unable to listen with all disturbance around.

4. Next comes the visit to show the tests. I came to the clinic thrice but Dr was not available and then since I was not available for a month I had to go after considerable delay. Even on the day of visit I visited twice to check availability.

5. When I went for the checkup the receptionist asked me to make the payment for which I said I am here for follow up on the tests prescribed by Dr. He said I have to pay to which I replied that I am leaving. Another reception guy named Vimlesh stopped me that I need not pay and then I took the consultation.

This is the second time I have booked this appointment. The doctor cancelled the earlier appointment as emergency. Again today I have to wait for more than an hour and been told he is in an emergency. Why do you give appointment if this doctor has emergencies. I have no issue waiting but the same thing cant happen twice and with the same doctor same hospital. I think your panel of doctors need to be relooked at I have wasted my time with PRACTO will never recommend but dissuade people from using this service.

Hospitality was good but Clinic was little congested and no option for online payment.

I had visited this Hospital as i was suffering from ear infection and i had a Wonderful experience with the doctor ** ** ******** *** ** *** **** ****** * **** **** . I would like to recommend this doctor to my family,Nothing to improve everything was fine, I am satisfied with the doctor and his treatment .

I was suffering my ear blockage problems since last two months and discussed this issue with two three other doctors. I met Dr Nikhil and discussed my problem, he listen patiantly and recommends the treatment accordingly. In my case doctor was able to diagnose the disease on my first visit and after confirming via required test. He advised the treatment with proper consulting and at most satisfication. Now I am free from my problem and satisfied. I really thankful to him for his patience and friendly behaivier.
