My experience with Dr. Neeraj Gupta was good. He explained things well during the consultation. However, the clinic staff delayed providing my X-ray report even though it was done a week ago, which was frustrating as I had to remind them multiple times before my appointment.

Although I had to wait for half an hour despite having a 12 o'clock appointment, I still rate the experience a five out of five. I would recommend him to other patients.
