Doctor was very kind and helpful even though it was through an online chatting the doctor answered immediatly for all my doubts i have seen many doctors regarding my pregnancy for past three years none of the doctors responded for all my doubts but Dr Neelam was very kind enough and had patients too reply to all my messages thanx a lot .
This was a online consultation. My wife had suddenly developed neck and shoulder pain after waking up and the pain was persistent for 4 days. Unprofessional behaviour, takes too much time to respond, will not answer your queries clearly, gets into arguments for things which are non issues and says she has her offline clinic and cannot give much time to online patients on practo.
