I would rate my experience with Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela as a four. I did not require much explanation since I already knew my issue, but the consultation was satisfactory and the clinic experience was fine. I would probably recommend her to others.
The doctor was very good and I would recommend her to others. However, I experienced issues with hospital wait times and slot booking, which affected my overall experience. I rate the doctor 3 out of 5, deducting points mainly due to waiting time problems.
I was very dissatisfied with my experience because the fee charged by the doctor was different from what was shown on the Practo app. I felt the app provided fake information and considered the service a waste.
I do not recommend Dr. Neelam Kumari Ela because I did not get the medicine after the appointment.
