One of the best doctor we met. Truly a gem person. Always meet politely and resolves all queries. Best thing is whenever you call Batta maam she always respond. If call is missed she calls back. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
She is quite a rude doctor I hv ever come across. I simply wanted to take an appointment but with so much of manners she replied in such a tone as if she is doing ehesaan on me by dealing with my problem.
more..Dr. Batta and her accompanying doctor, they both are very rude and negative while talking to the patients. They consider their patients as their clerks and rudely behaves with them. I don't find their diagnosis also proper. I left the doctor in midway.

Hoped for better: Doctor friendliness
Dr. Batta and the accompanying Dr.Paul(she needs to be considerate) are extremely rude , satirical in their approach. They might be good in terms of diagnosis but absolutely inconsiderate and harsh with patients. As a patient one goes to a doctor with utmost faith but they disappointed me by not even showcasing basic ethos of being a healing hand for those in distress. I have left my medication and doctor midway.
