Over time, you’ve given me so many valuable tools — the power of rewarding small progress, the strength of willpower, staying positive, and learning to look at situations from a different angle. You also introduced me to meditation, and every technique you taught felt practical enough to actually use in daily life, not just theory.

Beyond that, you helped me understand things about my own health and body that I never really knew — how hormones work, how the brain functions, and how to take better care of myself overall.
