Dr. Madhu Ahuja

Doctor is very experienced and must visit her. I was in pain and was her first time visitor however she was constant on phone with my mother to settle her down till the time she reached to me at hospital also she Spoke to staff to get the basic needs done to evacuate the time but the staff is not trained. I had started bleeding and was in pain but the staff was busy having party of snacks and tea. After every min I knocked the door as in my pregnancy I was bleeding more n more and their laughing was coming till outside as all the staff were together having the tea time. I blasted and still they took time. All the pregnant women outside were waiting in que ( you may check on sat 5 pm) as OPD had started and they had to get scanning done. On my shouting they said can’t we have tea ? I told them doc timing at 4 and there was no patient till 4:30. I got the reply that 7:30 is our log out time so we have it at this time. I had mouth drop open. Finally after their tea party n laughters I was moved to the room n after pain and all while I got undressed to get my stuff done I was told that it’s a wrong room! Also when I entered the wrong room there were All litters of shakes/ milk / and eatables. No cleaning and pregnant women are scanned there.

Finally from 4 pm doc time till 5:30 I got to know that I had MISSED my pregnancy. And that pain waiting in the lobby and the rude behaviour of the nurse doing my scan because I disturbed their party and shouting. Must say my first delivery was in cloud 9 Gurgaon n it was so nice hygiene that the reason I was in east Delhi and without any doubt padpadganj side I chose

No doubt the doctor was very nice though everyone went and her opd was over still she waited for my husband who was coming from ggn after hearing the news to just explain and settle us because of our loss. I would give alll 5/5 to the doctor but the staff I would say it’s very bad and they should be trained on emergency

Inspite of long wait time, experience was good...

She has very good experience, consultation charges are 800 instead of 600 mentioned here for each visit which is not fair as if you have to show your reports next day then she is charging again for Rs 800

Everything went smoothly until the day came of my wife's due date. She was extremely casual when my wife was in terrible pain & scolded my mother in law for wife's behavior simply because my wife was crying in pain for 24 hours & asking for support. She could have been more supportive instead of being so critical. I highly advise people to find a more supportive gynecologist.

There was some junior doctor who met us on behalf of doctor Madhu. Nobody told us that she was not available .Only after enquiring the name she told me that doctor is not available.While billing also I was not informed about the unavailability of the doctor.Also,I was visiting her for a severe treatment on a cyst and everything was taken so lightly.

The doctor 's appointment was taken in Advanve and one hour before the appointment, the doctor cancelled the appointment, I had taken leave from office and my parents had come from outstation, so the doctor was not at all considerat about the time of the patient

During first visit doctor explain the reason for surgery and causes if delayed surgery. Effects of this syndrome. Why it is common in women ? This is very much satisfactory and making decision for surgery during first visit. And after surgery we (me and my husband) have so much trust on Mam Madhu Ahuja that we are concerning for family planning according to her advice.

Dr. Madhu listens to the problem very carefully and provides counselling and appropriate suggestions without making the patient feel anxious or afraid. She prescribed only the required and necessary tests (unlike another doctor I visited before her who suggested unnecessary tests worth 50K just for pregnancy planning).

She is a very senior doctor and has so much knowledge and experience, I would suggest everyone to visit her without any doubt.

Huge wait time though - the staff needs to inform the patient about doctor's unavailability, especially when I am specifically calling to confirm prior to visiting about doctor's availability.

Visited her for primary pregnancy check up. She not only patiently listened to the issues but the medication prescribed was minimal and worked aptly for the problem.

Very Nice doctor. Felt like a family member with her. She always give you wise suggestions and never keep you in doubt about treatment.

Definitely a Recommended doctor.

She is an amazing doctor. She treats the patient with lots of patience. Her name is as per her aura...honey brings sweetness in people life.
