She is so friendly,gives proper time and listen to her patients very carefully,she is the renowned doctor of delhi even then she is so kind,honest , Who gives best advice,very punctual and sincere,trust me guys she is just wonderful❤️,i am seeing improvement in my skin in just 21 days of treatment given by her for acne , treatment is very affordable,she never write unnecessary medicine,and best part is she really cares for her patients, lipy mam answers your query even after consultation got over.may god bless her

I visited Dr Lipy Gupta's clinic which is located in green park on the 5th and 6th of September for two different procedures.

I got a hydra facial done on 5th and RF microneedling on the 6th of September. I consulted her twice before the procedures and she literally gave 2 minutes of her time and looked so unbothered. The facial was done by her staff as i was told that the doctor doesn't do facials and i was okay with that and it cost me 4k, the next day i came back for RF microneedling for my acne scars and i had a very bad experience. Firstly the numbing cream was applied on my face by the staff and I was told that after this the scars will be marked and then the procedure will be done, but then after waiting for half an hour the doctor came and all of the sudden told me to lay down and started doing the procedure and i even asked her to mark the scars as i was told by her staff and is the right thing to do but she said that it's not necessary as microneedling will be done on the whole face and i was so scared i had no idea what was going on so i said okay. She didn't even look at my face to see where all the scars were she just started in a hurry like she has to finish it in a rush. The thing I hated the most was she kept talking to her staff the whole time while doing the procedure, like the whole time. I don't think that you are supposed to talk to your staff about completely different things going on in your life when you are treating a patient? It's not that it was an easy procedure as it involved needles injected on your face. *** *** ** ******** ************ *** ************** *** ***** **** *** * ***** ***** **** *** ***** ***** *** ********* she just wanted to get it over **** ** **** *** *** *** *** ******** * ***** ** *** **** ** *** **** ****** ** ****** *******It cost me 8k and it may not mean a lot to her but it does to me, also in between the treatment she kept asking me where else she should do the microneedling as she didn't mark any scars, I had no clue why she was asking me where all she should use the needles as it was her job. She was in such a rush that she didn't even do it on the whole face like she said and left so many parts. She even left the whole forehead, moustache area and chin. If you're reading this review and thinking about consulting her or getting a procedure done, please give it a second thought. I'm speaking from my own experience, It's not value of money and time *** *** ****** ** **** ************ *** ******* *** won't care about what you're going through. I'm only writing this review so that nobody goes through what i went through and loose their time and hard earned money like i did. I got to know her online from Google and i read all these good reviews about her and i decided to consult her for my acne and acne scars but it was a very bad decision I've ever made and i regret it so much and i hope you won't do the same and i dont think that the reviews on Google and practo or anywhere else are real or true as she doesn't care about her patients at all speaking from my own experience. As goes for the results there hasn't been any improvement yet, i know that it can take time and multiple sessions to get desired results *** * ***** ***** **** ***** **** ** *** *********** ** *** ********* *** **** **** **************** and in a rush and it doesn't even matter to me as i had a really bad experience and no matter what excuse or reply she gives I'm not gonna change my mind about the clinic and recommend this doctor to anyone. I spent 15k+ here on the consultations and the procedures and it's not a small amount. The doctor is there to help the patients and pay attention when doing the procedures, not just finish it in a rush and take the money, completely ignoring the fact that the patient is there investing their time and money just to get treated in the right way and hope that the doctor understands you and gives you the treatment you need.

My experience with Dr. Lily gupta was bad. I visited green Park clinic during September ****for hair loss problem, I was having dandruff in my hair and due to it I was having hair fall. When I consulted lipy gupta, she immediately started writing hair shampoo, medicine, lotion and all ******* ******* ** ****** ******* and she even didn't check the root cause, she was very fast in writing prescription and telling the lab test. I thought the medicine and hair products (that were too costly) will work but after using it for 3 weeks(as told by lipy gupta) my hair were as it is, no changes, ******** ****** **** ** ** ***. I would recommend that never go to lipy gupta if you have hair fall and dandruff problem ******* *** *** ** *********** *** **** **** ************ ******* ******** *** ***** ********** ******* ******* ****** ******* ** ***** Dr. should think if patients are coming from too far and expanding too much money **** **** ****** **** *** ******* * ******** ************ ********* ** *** ***** **** ******* ** **** ****** *** ***** ***** **** ****** *** ***** ***

I am not happy while writing this. but I have had one of the bad experiences. Visited Dr lipy for pigmented and dull skin. I took treatment more than a year and spent considerable/huge amount money. I followed all the instructions. Dr lipy siggested me to go for ND yag laser. I took that treatment it was expensive but initially satisfying till 6th session. After that she suggested to continue the treatement,not sure it looked to me she knows my skin and according to that treating me. But I was completely wrong. After the 7th session my skin became suddenly dark,pigmented.Then that disappread.. I informed Dr she siggested it shouldnt do that and continued 8th laser, and after that I almost got the permanent dark patches on my face. (I had may chemical peeling sessions as well) Then she suggested apply a serum to get rid of this, that made it more worse. Then she asked to stop everything and after 15days she called me again and prescribed another serum, **** ****** ******* ** **** ***** *** ** **** ****** **** ***** **** **** * ******* ********** * **** ******* ****** ************* I am so upset, I visited her with so faith and I trusted on her treatment. I informed her about my condition, but I think she never took seriously. even after that she suggested some hydra facial etc, but no results. I took treatment for more than a year. I I just would like to say if you are treating somebody for so long you should have idea about the skin of that patient and u must know about the skin products you are prescribing to the patient. Its so painful journey than ever with Dr lipy. Yes she is nice, polite, *** **** ** **** **** *** ********** * *** *** ** ***** **** ********* *** **** *** ***** ********* **** *** *** ******** ******** *** ********I have a very bad skin now. I regret now for my decison. I wouldnt suggest anyone to go there.

First of all I was made to wait way more than 30 minutes , I thought may be the doctor was really giving sufficient time to each patient to be the reason .

But I was so wrong :

1. As soon as you start telling your problems , without listening to the whole story or explaining you the underlying problem , she will; quickly start writing costly medicines without making any eye contact / an affirmative body language to make the patient be able to trust her .

2. Half way through your issues , she will start giving you looks as if she is getting bored now , and you need to shut up and go .

3. If you'll ask her any questions about her line of treatment she will start looking at you as if you're now wasting her time .

It was not even 5 minutes inside her cabin , she woke up and went to another room without giving any closure to the line of treatment she is opting for , with a long list of medicines . Not at all satisfied , wasn't worth it to invest my time .

We, three people consulted doctor for 3 different problems on 3 different occassions. On all three appointments, below were common points:a. Wait time of more thank 1.5 hours. **** ***** *** ** ******** ******** **** ** *** ** ***** **** ***** Doctor is in some sort of hurry always, doesn't explain the issue unless asked specially. However, she is friendly.c. *********** ************ *** **** ********* *** ***** ********** ************ **** ***** ** *** ******* ** **** ******* ******* *** **** ** ******* ** * ********** ** *** ***** The medicines are hard to find in local medical stores. Overall, I have decided to not visit the doctor again.

Why don't doctors spend time knowing the cause and pain with the patient. The doctor needs to give more time else it feels the treatment is universal and not specific to the patient. You feel unsure about the doc understanding the cause of the disease. And to sum it all you then have less faith in the medication prescribed.

To doctors everywhere: healing is both physical and mental. And mental healing begins when we visit you so first build a belief and then work over it.

Please don’t make it “sar dukh raha hai ye lo dawai kha lo”

Note: All this I say before I have taken any medication suggested so my review is Not on how good the treatment was; It is on how I felt post my consultation.

Dr. Lipy is my favourite, the way she communicates is very calm and friendly, gives answers to whatever ur query is. She is very fast in checking out the problems and writes the prescription very quick, which some people may find it like the dr is in hurry or rushing, which is absolutely not the case. My hair has grown back again very well but the medicines were bit expensive but it was worth it, I really want to say thanks to Dr Lipy for making this possible I have almost lost my faith about regrowth of my hairs, its a miracle! This process took about 3months,fyi.
