I, Ramesh Kumar, aged 66 years, having diabetes, had experienced fever and throat soaring on 17th Aug'20 which made me nervous at that time.

Then, I came in consultation with Dr. Leena Batra (physician) and detailed the position.

As per guidance, I underwent Covid test and tested positive.

Dr. Leena Batra first helped with the counseling and simultaneously started medications and regular monitoring.

I followed her advices and medications sincerely and my health showed continuous improvement over time.

Now, I am much more stable and have no symptoms or fever since 25th Aug'20.

I am waiting for the quarantine period to get over.

The doctor explained the health issue very patiently and she was very friendly at the same time disciplined enough to explain about the medicines. Have recommended her to my circle too. Dr. Leela Batra continuously keep a track on her patients as she understands well about what current situation is on Covid-19 . During my dad treatment which is still on process ,he is recovering fast and she keeps on boosting morale as during this Fever, cough & congestion track gives a sign of Covid-19 ,therefore she said keep calm nothing to worry. It was my first and Gr8 experience.

On exact time, the day of first appointment. After getting tests done (2-3 days later), got instant reply the moment I messaged, thereafter the complete diagnosis of the reports done. The need of hour to save people from physical and the mental trauma, well addressed by Practo and the doctors, admist this pandemic!! 👍👍

Doctors is friendly in the sense that she explains the treatment in a well-maintained manner. She don't give heavy dosage of medicines and prescribes medicines only if it is required.
