Hi my name is Piyali Roy, I had visited the Center on the 24th July with my fiancé. He was experiencing pain and mild swelling in his eye. As suggested by one of our family friends, I had high expectations on the level of service, until I met the doc who was supposed to consult. My fiancé literally got frozen, and I was almost stammering after I encountered her reaction. My only fault was, the mask I was wearing had just dropped from my nose and was stuck just from below where the nostrils are, and This happend because I had to talk and, just asked very politely if the chair was sanitised.I realise at this point in time am not supposed to be easy about these things. How ever I do make sure that my nose mouth is covered in public all the time. I still dint expect this from a doc. **** ***** **** **** ****** **** *********
