I fractured my little finger and had a K-wire fixation, followed by a plaster cast for eight weeks. During this period, my hand and wrist became stiff. After the removal of the wire and plaster, physiotherapy was recommended. I initially went to a well-known clinic that charged a hefty fee per session. However, instead of improving, my condition worsened—my entire arm began to ache, the pain became unbearable at night, and even after ten sessions, I had regained less than 25% of my movement.
