Dr. Kamal Goyal listened patiently and explained my ear condition clearly. His friendly bedside manner made me feel comfortable, and the wait time was minimal. I left confident about my treatment plan.

A very friendly doctor who explains everything very well, my appointment was on time, the clinic was extremely clear and calm, and the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Kamal Goyal is very experienced, honest, and dedicated. He is a nice person and made me feel comfortable during the visit.

Not explaining issue just handed prescription. I have to ask everything to understand the problem with patient. Max 2 mins consultation. Not friendly.

After I had third visit to his clinic on 14th April, Dr Kamal prescribed Acetik ear drops (Acetic acid) and use of olive oil along with anti-allergic tabs ( BAST-M).. Acetik ear drops were not available in the market. I finally got them (after 2-3 days) through online pharmacy as suggested . Used then together with Olive oil and anti allergic tabs.* * ********* ** *** ******* *** ***** * *** *** **** ******* **** ****** ***** *** **** ** **** **** In fact I had come to Dr Kamal only for itching , but we then discovered wax, which was removed.

Because of physical handicap it was physically in convenient for me to visit his clinic. I requested him to kindly prescribe any medicine for itching without asking me to visit his clinic again, since I had visited thrice only. And he had checked my ears thrice. There was no reply to my repeated Emails.

How can a Doctor leave a patient in the middle of treatment. He had already charged twice for consultation and twice for wax removing. * ** ***** **** *** ****** ** **** ********* ****** *** ************* **** ******* ** *** ********* Hope we will become more patient friendly.

I visited his clinic three times. My son is suffering ear pain but he is not properly cured ** ** **** ******** ****** The same problem is happening. I pay three consultations for 900 rs each visit and 1000 rs taking for Ear Cleaning but the problem is not resolved. I'm not recommended to this Dr.

I had throat pain for which I visited the doctor. He didn't explain the cause of the problem, nor asked any other related questions but ****** wrote medicines based on my description of problem. Not satisfied

Doctor didn’t diagnose the things completely due to which my wife had to face lot of trouble. She had pain in her left ear and we visit the doctor post which he removed the wax . I asked him to check the right ear as well but he said it’s fine. However, when we came back home , my wife experienced extreme pain in her right ear and when I reached out to doctor then he asked us to visit the clinic again and said it could be due to ear infection. This response was really frustrating as he didn’t check properly when we visited the clinic and why should we pay the consultation fee again and again ? In addition to that , 1000 was charged for wax removal from 1 ear which was pretty expensive.

We visited Dr. Kamal Goyal (got his reference from Practo) more than an year back to consult as my wife was having terrible pain in her ear which he perfectly diagnosed and removed all the wax blocking her ear drum. Yesterday after almost 1.5 years we again visited him and told him that we need ear wax removal (there was no consulting, we knew what we wanted) from both ears and this guy charged an whooping amount of 2700 RS (700 for consulting, 1000 for one ear and another 1000 for the second ear).
