Dr. Kalpana Nagpal

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kalapna Nagpal at Apollo hospital . The treatment I received was very good, and the diagnosis was accurate. Booking an appointment was easy, and I didn`t have to wait long to see the doctor. Overall, I felt very satisfied with my visit!

I was suffering from breathing problems since my childhood. However, this breathing problem improved as I grew up. Suddenly in the month of January 2021, I experienced a nasal blockage in my left nostril. I thought it would be some transient nasal blockage. For a few days I used steam and Otrivin spray to get relief but when it continued for more than 2 weeks, I thought of showing it to a doctor. I approached an ENT doctor in a well-known hospital in Gurgaon. He advised me of Otrivin and Nasoclear spray for a week. After a week, the situation improved by only 10%. Seeing no improvement, I thought of showing myself to Dr. Kalpana Nagpal in Indraprastha Apollo hospital whom I had never shown before for any ENT problem.

I would not recommend Dr. Kalpana Nagpal to anyone on this earth. ** **** *** **** ****** ***** *** *** she performed the Hemithyroidectomy on me on 28th Jan 2022. I had a right thyroid nodule of 3 cm which was Bening as per the 2 FNAC tests performed a year apart from 2 different hospitals. I stay in Kolkata and I went to Delhi to get my nodule treated, I visited Dr. Nagpal and she told me that the size of my nodule is ideal for ROBOTIC surgery, the cost of Robotic Surgery was not at all affordable for us (as we were not sure if my company's insurance will cover such advanced procedure), still my mother was ready to go for it as the Robotic thyroidectomy as it is performed from Axilla, not directly on the neck.

My daughter have lymph node in the neck i went to apollo hospital and meet ENT surgeaon kalpana nagpal because i heard her name in the list of good ent doctors. She told us that lymph node would have to be biopsied. she operated my daughter's neck and we stayed in hospital for 2 days. My daughter had same problems after a week then i call doctor kalpana ,she said come quickly in OPD for checking. She referred us to radiologist for again test of neck,then he just do something with syringe in my daughter's neck then after a week my daughter have same problems,a day after she called herself and said that she have to operate my daughter's neck one more time for second biopsy and if we find something in it then we will give her a kimo,and then when we go for a second opinion ** **** ** **** **** *** *** ******** *** ******** **** ******* ** *** ******* ***** ******* *** ** * **** ** * ******** ***** I want to give zero rating
