The experience was great. The doctor listened to my problem very patiently, and the clinic was neat and clean with supportive staff.

Dr. Kailash Nath Gupta is a highly experienced doctor with great values. I visited him for my chronic cough and now have great relief, able to sleep at night after sleepless nights. He explained my condition clearly and was very friendly, making the visit worth it.

I have been consulting Dr Gupta for my lungs related illness over a period of time and now I am approaching the stage of complete recovery. God’s grace and HIS professional guidance (diagnostic and therapeutic) worked for me and can work for anyone who is suffering and still clueless about the disease or doctors. A highly recommended health practitioner, Dr Gupta’s humane approach to treatment is praiseworthy and I would not think twice to recommend Him for any Chest and Lungs related illness/treatment. I have booked the appointment for my mother related to post covid symptoms. Doctor was very good with the consultation. Doctor was available at 5pm sharp & there was no waiting time at clinic. Medicines & tests were prescribed by the doctor for the checkup.We're highly satisfied with the treatment given to my mother as there's a lot of recovery. Doctor was pretty friendly & humble by nature even the fron end staff (including the receptionist lady as well as mithun too) Clinic fees was 800 which is nominal (online or offline) We will definately going to recommend this clinic & their services among our friends & family.

I kept calling the doctor's clinic that we are getting late due to red light jam and and we are near to the your clinic, kindly request to dr. to wait for us as we are coming from far away. we reached dr. gupta clinic after 30-35 minutes that's time only one attendent and dr. gupta available at clinic. We requested many times to dr. gupta to give us his two minutes coz since morning we are in touch with the dr. gupta, we only want to know what his further action for the treatment but he refused to talk with us.The behaviour shown by Dr. Gupta was very disappointed for our family.

I am suffering from chronic cough. I visited other specialist Dr and was diagonised for lung infection. Underwent treatment for two years, thereafter advised to continue certain medicine. My cough problem never subsided. Due to pandemic-19, I never visited the Dr again. My cough was uncontrolable therefore

I visted Dr Kailash Nath Gupta on 15/12/20, after diagonisis he declared my lungs problem treated and advised me for sinus X-ray and detected infection and under treatment. After three days of his treatment I feel much better. My second visit was on 25/12/20 and improving. I am happy with his treatment.

Dr. Kailash Nath Gupta is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. He has treated both my parents and currently my Mother In law and we have been associated with him for over 8 years now - he feels more like family now. His Diagnosis is perfect, does not stuff you with over-medication and explains everything in details. He is very empathetic and humane while dealing with his patients. Oh...and he loves elderly folks :) the way he handles them is amazing...half of their worries vanish when they see him...sometimes all they need is someone like him to listen to their problems. His team in the clinic is excellent.

So in March 2017, I got diagnosed with Pulmonary embolism. I was admitted at Artemis Dwarka, Dr. Gupta was visiting consultant there at that time. Due to his concern and brilliant treatment my life could be saved and I will remain indebted to him for that act for the rest of my life. So far I have been visiting him for regular consultations at his Dwarka clinic. The best thing about Dr. Gupta is that he remains available to answer your questions all the time whether it is on call or Whatsapp. He helped me in all possible ways he could as a doctor. I am absolutely delighted that such honest and helpful doctors still exist today. I had lot of expectations from him , but I was extremely disappointed to see doctor's behaviour.With experience comes humble attitude but on the contrary, he literally shouted on my wife and dint listen anything. without even discussing on what medication the patient is, he straight away said get your patient admitted. Period. and bye bye.No prescription, no guidance, no empathy. we called for second opinion but all in vain. We discharged our mom because of hospital nuisance, he dint even listen what they were doing to our mom. We are ofcourse literate people and understand the meaning of discharging a patient from hospital, but he should listen why we did that.A doctor and experienced one like him, needs to understand how traumatized a family is and still if he thinks we have taken any wrong decision, there is a way to correct it rather shouting and making attendent nervous.If I had the option to give negitive rating, I would have done that.Extremely disappointed with an exp. doc like him.

**** ***** ** ***** ***** The moment I entered the clinic I got a first question from receptionist "Sir, How would you like to pay? Online or Offline?" And I literrally thought for a moment, where am I actually? No problem, I gave them their fee (₹ 600/-) within a minute and got a slip for it. When I actually meet the doctor and told my problem, he didn't even asked any question to know more about my problem. Just simply wrote 3 test and asked me to come back again with reports.

Now again when I went to receptionist and asked about the tests, she said these will cost you ₹2000/- "Sir, How would you like to pay? Online or Offline?". And I thought again where actually I'm? ** ** * ******** ****** ** *** ******* **** ********

I wasn't denying for paying charges and hadn't even shocked by the amount. But what I want as a patient is that doctor should asked more questions or talk about the problem to make a better understanding with patient so, he/she will get comfort and feels that they are with right person. But that wasn't happened.
