Dr Chilana has got many gatekeepers in his clinic.Reaching him is a terrible task .there is total chaos in his clinic .the appointment numbers are alloted after paying fees.But these are never followed.I was in a queue of 20 people there were more than five people who bypassed the serial numbers as if they were special invitees to the clinic .
