I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Hans and cannot thank him enough for the care he provided. I visited him in excruciating, unbearable pain due to a severe ear infection. From the very first consultation, he listened to all my concerns patiently, thoroughly examined my condition, and explained everything clearly.

The doctor’s explanation was very clear, and the hygiene and staff behavior were good. There was no waiting time, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

I went for my cough problem (allergic bronchitis). I took 2-3 minutes in explaining my condition, my history of coughing etc. Then, Dr. Hans took merely 60 seconds to diagnose and recommended a skin prick test to be done in his clinic (it was costing ₹12,000) along with an X-ray so that he can further assess the root cause. Then I politely declined and asked him to prescribe medicines first, to which he wrote medicines for Rhino Sinuitis (which is Sinus) and this is despite me telling him that my nose is not blocked, the coughing happens once every year due to dust and smoke. He gave me medicines for 14 days *** ***** ** ** ******** **** **** *** ****** ******. And asked me revisit him post 14 days. * **** **** *** **** ***** *** ********* *** *** ********** *** ** ***** *** ** ** ******** **** ** ********** ******** ** *** ** ****** *** ** ** **** ** *** ***** ** ** **** ***** ******** ****** ******** *** ******* ****** *** **** ******** ** *** ***** * ***** ****** *** ** **** ** ******* **** ***** *** *** *** **** ** ** ******** * ***** * ****** ** ********** *** **** ***** ** ******** ******* ***** ** *** ********** *** * *******. I called both his clinics on the next day to confirm whether he thinks it is actually sinus, but the staff at the reception kept on saying that he is busy, *** ***** ******* ******** ** ****** Now I am helpless whether to take the prescription for 14 days or not. Not a good experience

I do not recommend Dr. Prof J M Hans as a doctor at all.
