I'm really happy with Dr Ifneela. She was extremely professional in her manner but also very comforting and reassuring as she dealt with me. Very quickly I realised that she was listening to me and taking time to hear my complaint, rather than imposing herself on me as a doctor, as has happened with some others elsewhere in the past. This gave me a lot of initial confidence in her ability. She was extremely thorough in her questioning, and I felt further reassured in her examination of my history and in her physical examination. I was extremely happy with the diagnosis, and pleased with her patience as I questioned her further on things I didn't initially understand. The medicine she prescribed is already working. I'm looking forward to seeing her again.
