The consultation with the substitute doctor was not very satisfactory as it felt rushed and not very thorough. The clinic was quite chaotic and noisy due to many patients, which affected the overall experience. However, the staff behavior was fine and the patient rated the experience as four out of five.

I had met the doctor and it was for health problem. ********* *** *** **** ** *** ****** ** * ****** *** ******** *** ** ****** Medication was not started. Only medical tests was done. Only conversation was good. I am going through tuberculosis. I am not satisfied with treatment. I spent 30 to 40k which was not worth it. I am 35 percent fine with consultation. CT scan, blood test, bronscopy, other test was done and it took 15 days to complete all these tests. As treatment was not started I came to my home town Varanasi. Medication was not started as I was having fever. **** **** **** ** ***** ** ****** ** *** ******** Doctor told to have proteins. My infection was spreading from one lung to different lung so I am taking treatment from different doctor.

I had health issue so went to hospital. Doctor was good and it was convenient. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. I am satisfied with the treatment given. Multi vitamin tablets was prescribed by the doctor. Blood report was checked. It was related to deficiency of vitamins, I had weakness. There was not much waiting time in the hospital. Staff were very cooperative. One concern was there, in hospital they told 1400 or 1000 rs has to be paid, but it practo it was RS 800 mentioned. Rs 200 was taken extra in hospital. I even gave feedback in practo app, doctor was good. It could be fixed charges and it can be checked and resolved. Doctor told breakfast is compulsory and told not to skip.

He explained nicely and gave good time for us, it was brilliant. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Charges was expensive in the hospital, 200 rs for registration and 1000 rs consultation fees in this covid time as we know economy is slow currently and they need to look into fee structure. Hospitality was good.
