Dr. Madam, I known to you more than 20 years. I and my wife were satisfied with your treatment.
On 28.12.19 my both legs were burt 30% due to burn my trouser.
I was hospitalized one month in Khetarpal Hospital, after this I taken Ayurveda treatments, it result more than 90% satisfaction, but after one week inside of both knees the skin raised like ganthe/ hardest skin. Two places of thigh the skin little hard. All places recovery are very slowly.
You advise me that these hardest skin ganthe will be replaced into liquid forms upto two months then remove liquid by syringe. You have not given the medicine for recovery of little hard skin. NOW SOME TIME SEE LIKE CUT BY CHITI. IF THESE HARDEST SCARS REPLACE INTO LIQUID I NEVER BEAR THE PAIN.
As my opinion can you give the medicines or ointment to replace hard scar to soft skin as well as the other hard skin.
If allow me I can physically discuss with you on this issue because two months is long treatment.

Don't ever suggest her to anyone. Dr I have ever seen in my life. Her behavior isn't friendly, she will even don't listen you carefully and don't even bother to check the deasese.
I have problem with itching on my body after I spent 2 days in sun's light. It caused red marks on my body and I visit to her.
20 days of taking **** ***** medicine (I never took aelopathic medicines that much in my life), I asked her, mam I'm getting difference as marks still obtains on my body. It was telecom discussion. Behave with patients not good. Today Sunday 18-Feb, I called Dr. ALKA GUPTA for my wife, as per advise I paid Rs 600 then only she has given name of medicines. But I shocked when I asked about that need to take any injection or not, she SCOLDED and told me that's why she doesn't attend any call because patient asking so many things. Ma'am this not a good response from your side I have paid for your consultation but your response is zero...I have come your clinic from someone's suggestion but now on words I will not visit again in your clinic and I will not give suggestions to someone to visit your clinic.

I do not recommend the doctor. Doc is not friendly, Doesn't explain the issue at all & I have to give 600rs each time no matter if I am going to her on next day itself.

She does not have time to respond to the customer..... ********* ** **** *** **** *************not spending or giving time to the patients.Also every time you visit you are being charged 500 which is not right.

On visiting another Skin specialist, who figured out that it was Foot and Mouth disease, he was surprised to see that such an experienced doctor has written these medicines.
I had visited her earlier but not happy with Dr. attitude and she looks un-friendly.

She is not a good doctor. My recent experience from last 2 weeks is too bad. I went through severe illness but still she didn’t attended me on priority even after sending her multiple msgs with the issue * *** ****** *** ** *** *********** She even asked me to come on weekdays wherein I already explained her about the health issues I was facing. She needs to understand that it’s her liability till the time a person is on her medication. Lots more I can write but not willing too.
