First of all I would like to complain about their time management. I had an appointment of 2:00 pm which I booked through practo but the doctor didn't check me on time. I had to wait for 6 hours to get checked by Dr. Gopal.
Although Dr. Gopal Sharma is a very nice doctor *** ******** **** ********* but making someone wait for 6 hours and that after booking an appointment is not good. So kindly improve on this aspect.

Doctor is polite and friendly but waiting time was "non ending". I booked the appointment for for 3/jan/2018 at 2:40 PM But due to hospital's policies and decorum I have to wait for 5 hours. Most acquaintances visit the doctor without any appointment.
My waiting number is 2 (two) but still I had to wait for hours. So it would be helpful for patients if proper decorum is maintained and doctor is adhere to their principles strictly.

Then why he writes blood test and x-ray. ** **** **** ** ****** *** ***** I asked staff to change the slip for orthopedic doctor b'se wrong department was recommended by the staff. But they asked me to pay again for orthopedic doctor. Also the staff behaviour was very rude and unfriendly. *** ********** ****** ** **** ******* ***** *** **********

Doctors treated for more than a month but not completely recovered. But he is good and polite but OPD waiting time is frustrating.
I will recommend the doctor if you have patience to wait for 3 to 5 hours after taking the prior appointment.

I had book my appointment according to suitability at 4:30 pm but they changed my appointment to 1:30 pm and after managing to reach there at 1:30 still i used to meet the doctor at 5:00 pm . Management is very poor .
