Dr. Gautam treated me for root canal (RCT). I had a great experience particularly for the following reasons:

1. Treatment was painless. Dr. Gautam makes the experience very calming, with lot of patience.

2. Clinic had an extremely controlled environment with Covid measures taken for every step (PPE for anyone entering clinic, sanitization before and after every patient visit, doctor and attendants everyone following protocols diligently).

3. I really managed to get this procedure done given the time flexibility Dr. Gautam provided me, visiting after my work hours at 8 PM.

4. Dr. Gautam's pleasing personality. He would explain to the level of detail you would want to, and will help you choose any product options based on your priorities.

My experience with the doctor was extremely pleasant. I was greeted by smiling attendant and in a comfortable waiting room. My appointment purpose was verified. The doctor was very professional and made sure i understood what was being done and what the best solution would be. I had cavities and the doctor helped in restoring those. I am usually scared of dentist visits, But Dr. Gautam Agarwal made it really easy and my concerns disappeared in a flash. Dr. Gautam Agarwal is one of the finest and experienced doctor. I had 3 front tooth fractured. He advised me with all the possible options that would be feasible and sustainable.
