My brother suffered a very complicated open fracture just above his ankle, where the bone had broken through the skin. We trusted Dr. Gaurav Rastogi at Manipal Hospital, Dwarka, because of his experience and reputation.

When my brother arrived, we were told that he had been given first aid and that the situation should be fine. We were not advised at that stage that surgery needed to be undertaken urgently. Subsequently, the fractured leg became infected and his condition deteriorated severely.
