I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent physiotherapy sessions with you. Firstly, I truly appreciate your attentive and patient approach during our sessions. Your ability to listen and understand my concerns made a significant difference in my comfort level.

Strengths:

Communication: Your clear explanations of each exercise and how they contribute to my recovery were incredibly helpful. It aided in my understanding of the treatment plan and motivated me to adhere to the exercises at home.

Professionalism and Knowledge: Your expertise in addressing my specific injury was evident, and I felt confident in your treatment recommendations.

Empathy and Support: Your encouraging demeanor, especially on days when I was struggling, was very comforting.

Areas for Improvement:

Time Management: While I value the thoroughness of our sessions, there were a couple of instances where the sessions ran over the allotted time, slightly disrupting my schedule.

Follow-up Communication: It would be beneficial to have a brief follow-up, maybe via email or a call, between sessions, especially when there's a longer gap.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I've noticed considerable improvement in my condition. Thank you for your dedication and support throughout my recovery process.

He is one of the doctors I have ever come across.

I have been suffering from L4-L5 slipped disc and L5 Anteriolisthesis for one year now.

I am glad I finally found a doctor who actually knew how to treat patients without giving them any medicine.

He never looked at time while treating me, the staff too is extremely friendly. He is extremely dedicated towards every single patient and seeks your update every single day. When I had approached him I was taking 5 pain killers per day and was not able to walk properly. Within 20 days he made sure that not only could I walk but also cycle and exercise on my own. He knew that I just had 25 days for treatment and he thus put all the more efforts to make me better.

I had to leave the treatment mid way as I had to move out of the city, I have yet not been able to find a doctor as good as him here. Infact, I follow the exercises he had suggested me to do. He worked with equal dedication on every patient and made sure that we actually felt better. He makes you understand your medical situation properly, without hiding anything from you and treats you accordingly.

I think I have an incredible experience with Dr. Gaurav and his team. I came with a bad shoulder twist and within less than 10 days time I feel not just recovered but more aware of my past cervical issues which they’re addressing too.

The clinic is clean, with good energy and pleasant music playing. The staff is highly empathetic, kind, well trained, polite, hygienic and professional. I am extremely glad for being recommended to this place by my mother. I generally don't write reviews but the clinic and the service compelled me to write an elaborate few words for them. I wish no one an injury but if you do, they’ll handle you with utmost care I can assure. Highly recommending them to more !

Dr Gaurav is an excellent person and takes time to talk with every patient and explain the issue. He gives personal attention to every patient.

His staff is very Courteous and helpful. They attend to everyone with a smile and make the patient feel like a Family member.

I visited "Physio Hut" post cast removal after a Jones fracture in my foot.

First of all, visiting 'Physio Hut' was an excellent experience everytime. Dr. Gaurav is for sure a very talented doctor & graceful as a person. His explanation of both, my problem and treatment process was excellent. I still can ask him freely for consultation related to my problem. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the treatment as I had to move to Indore due to my family problems but the time spent at the clinic and seeing myself getting better was soothing. I highly recommend the doctor *** **** ********* because he is one who will tell u to go to another doctor or specialist if it is not his case (when the problem cannot be treated with physiotherapy). Thanks to Dr. Gaurav for everything.

He was the 3rd doctor whom I approached between 7th nd 9th July. Fortunately he was the only one who could understood the problem and could explain it to me the root cause of severe pain. I was emotionally nd morally very weak due to the pain as it made me completely dependent on others. When I met Dr. Gaurav Mohan I could see a ray of hope nd honestly it was my 7th session today and with the level of services and counseling received I have recovered a lot. 2 years ago my sister in law took treatment for her backache and was strongly recommended by her. Dr Gaurav is very competent, helpful, friendly.

On the first day he explained the injury and treatment he is going to provide. He explained the need, benefits of all the machines and exercise that will be give to me.

The whole staff at the clinic is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

Appointment times are precise, patients doesn't have to wait for there treatment after reaching the clinic on the scheduled appointment timing but by any chance if you are late then also Dr Gaurav is kind enough to accommodate the patient. My treatment is still going on and I am very satisfied with the way he is treating me.
